Refere-se ao conteúdo do próprio instrumento jurídico em que a palavra aparece; equivalente a “neste instrumento”, “neste contrato” ou “aqui contido”.
The obligations set forth herein shall be binding upon both parties and their successors. (As obrigações estabelecidas neste instrumento serão vinculantes para ambas as partes e seus sucessores.)
